1.1. These Rules specify the procedure of the open public promotion called "Be one of the first 50 buyers of the ROG Phone 3 or ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition and get a ROG Strix Go 2.4 headset with AI noise-cancelling microphone for free!" (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion")
1.2. The Organizer of the Promotion (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer") is: ASUS Global PTE. LTD.
1.3. The Promotion is open and public, participation is offered to an unlimited number of people who meet the relevant criteria and have fulfilled the requirements of these Rules.
1.4. The Promotion is held in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia on a website posted on the Internet at https://rog-gamer.ru/rogphone3, till December'31, 2020 (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion Period").
1.5. Applications for participation in the Promotion received after the end of the Promotion Period shall not be considered and shall not be evaluated. The deadline for applications is December'31, 2020.
1.6. The Organizer has the right to change the Promotion Period and the Prize Distribution Deadline, provided that the participants of the Promotion are informed about the extension or early termination of the Promotion on the promotional website posted on the Internet at https://rog-gamer.ru/rogphone3
2. Promotion Terms2.1. Any capable citizen of Lithuania, Latvia or Estonia over 18 years of age and permanently resident in Lithuania, Latvia or Estonia (hereinafter referred to as the "Participant") can take part in the Promotion. Legal entities are not allowed to participate in the Promotion.
2.2. Employees and representatives of the Organizer, their affiliates, family members of such employees and representatives, and employees and representatives of any other parties related to the organization and/or this Promotion, as well as members of their families, cannot participate in the Promotion.
3. The Promotion is held among Participants who meet the criteria provided by these Rules and who have fulfilled all the requirements stipulated by these Rules.
4. To participate in the Promotion, it is necessary to:
4.1. Purchase a ROG Phone 3 or a ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition in any certified store located in Lithuania, Estonia or Latvia till December'31, 2020.
4.2. At any time during the Promotion Period, register your purchase on the website https://rog-gamer.ru/rogphone3, to do this:
4.2.1. Fill out the participation form specifying your phone number and upload a photo of a purchase receipt (only photos of receipts are accepted for participation). Other documents (packing note, invoice, etc.) will not be moderated without a photo of the receipt. Provide the serial number of the purchased product. The size of each photo should not exceed 2 MB.
4.2.2. The photo of the receipt must be of good quality and readable. The photo must contain information about the name of the store and the product, the number of the receipt/delivery note, the date of purchase and the full name of the promotional product in the receipt/delivery note.
5. All applications are moderated. If the application does not comply with the Rules of the Promotion, it may be declined.
6. A purchase receipt gives the right to receive the number of prizes corresponding to the number of promotional goods in the order.
7. List of ASUS products included in the Promotion, for which the prize of a ROG Strix Go 2.4 headset is granted
8. Promotion prize fund. The Organizer grants a prize to all buyers of ASUS products specified in these Rules – a ROG Strix Go 2.4 headset.
9. The procedure and timeframe for receiving the prize
9.1. The prize is granted by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address specified by the Participant during registration. The prize is granted only for purchases made till December'31, 2020.
9.2. By registering and signing into the Website, the Participant gives the Organizer their consent to process the Participant's personal data specified in the registration form
9.3. Cash equivalents of the Prize are not granted in any other form.
9.4. The Prize is not subject to exchange/return.
9.5. If the product is returned, the Organizer may demand that the Participant returns the prize in the equivalent of its full price.
9.6. Processing applications and the distribution of prizes can take 31 business days from receipt of the application. If for any reason the gift was not granted, the participant should contact technical support at ROG_ACRU@asus.com.

10.4. If it is discovered that any actions have been taken to upload a false purchase receipt (data falsification), the Organizer has the right to exclude the Participant from participation in the Promotion.
